A balti sauce combining onions, tomatoes and peppers with a medium blend of spices. This sauce is ready to use. Simple to use - just pour over prepared meat, fish or vegetables and simmer until piping hot throughout. Can also be used as a dipping sauce. This range features Patak's unique and secret spice blends sourced from around the world by Meena and Kirit Pathak.
